For our international students, this means that we treat you as part of the Herzing family, and we help you step-by-step in your journey with us to earn your U.S. degree and realize your career goals.

Why earn your U.S. degree online?
According to an extensive 2009 study by the U.S. Department of Education:

“Students who took all or part of their class online performed better, on average, than those  taking the        same course through traditional face-to-face instruction.”

Studying for a U.S. degree online can provide you with additional flexibility without sacrificing quality. Busy professionals may not have the luxury of abandoning their job or family to pursue a degree at a traditional campus. Online learning is an excellent solution. To better understand how Herzing’s online courses work, see our Online FAQ’s.

With Herzing University Online, can I combine my online studies with traditional campus studies?
Yes, every year, more students choose to earn their U.S. degree by combining online programs with traditional campus-based programs. This is called hybrid learning. At Herzing University Online, hybrid learning may be done in two ways:
  • Combine your Herzing University Online courses with study at one of Herzing’s traditional campuses in the U.S. – The Herzing Online curriculum is designed to be fully integrated with curriculum at other Herzing University campuses, so credits will transfer seamlessly.

  • Combine your Herzing University Online courses with study at a local university in your country – Herzing is open to collaborative study programs with qualified universities around the world. Note that accreditation requirements and degree recognition may differ by country and by university. If you plan to study at a local university, our team may assist you to evaluate if recognition of course credits would be possible.
Accreditation & Licensing: Herzing University is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission and a member of the North Central Association.
